Second Edition of WordCamp Bengaluru

We had a great time sponsoring and attending the second edition of WordCamp Bengaluru.

FilamentPHP & Web Platforms for Startups

Our awesome team is super passionate about Laravel, and we love using it alongside WordPress and React. Laravel is the powerhouse behind many of our internal tools and side projects, some of which are built on Laravel Nova. We recently discovered filament php during an internal hackathon, and now it’s something the team loves working with. In addition to our internal projects, we’ve been teaming up with startups to help them bring their platforms to life, including a Bulk WhatsApp messaging platform and a multitenant SaSS. We’re also collaborating with startups that empower businesses to create micro-sites. This allows our team to get creative and develop cool tools and packages.

Frappe Framework and ERPNext

Initially, we were into creating back office systems and mini ERPs for businesses like construction firms, wholesale debt marketing broking firms and event management companies. We loved building products using Microsoft .NET Technologies. But later, we shifted focus to PHP and found joy in WordPress, Laravel, and React.

Lately, we’ve been getting a lot of requests for custom ERP, especially after the COVID-19 situation. We’re exploring options and looking into building them on Laravel. We stumbled upon ERPNext and were intrigued by its ‘WordPress For ERP’ tagline. We’re currently using it for some of our internal processes. It’s been great to know that our friends at rtCamp are powered by it too.

WPUI Updates

We’re currently hard at work on the WPUI project, which is crucial for both our internal and client projects. We’ve made some major updates and improvements to the website to make it easier to maintain and contribute to. The Patterns Preview now has a responsive resizer, and we’ve given various design patterns a fresh new look. We’re also adding new categories and patterns to the catalogue based on the needs of our recent projects. We’re currently reviewing and testing a new batch of patterns for the final release. And remember, the entire WPUI website and patterns are open source, so we’re developing everything publicly.

Consulting and B2B Trainings

We’ve been consulting and collaborating with businesses, helping them deliver great solutions. Lately, we’ve been working with clients to support them with team training and upskilling. Our team has been working hard to create processes and learning paths that are just right for each business. We believe in the importance of consistent team training and upskilling. We’re excited to offer these services to our valued clients and their teams.
