Let’s take a little stroll down memory lane, shall we? We picked up right where we left off last year, sharing our beloved WPUI at WordCamp Mumbai. Our team has been hard at work, pouring their hearts into this project, and it’s truly been a labor of love.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve made significant strides with WPUI. Our website underwent a delightful makeover—fresh patterns, a polished look. Doesn’t it feel great when things look shiny and new? And because we love making your experience even better, we’ve added small but mighty features like a responsive viewer. It’s those little touches that make all the difference, don’t you think?

But wait, there’s more! We also rolled out a boilerplate to help kickstart your standalone apps or WordPress plugins. Exciting times ahead! And speaking of the future, our team has mapped out a fantastic roadmap for next year –

WordPress Playground

WordPress Playground has become a cherished part of our daily routine, and it’s been exciting to watch it grow! Can you believe we started exploring its wonders just last year? Since then, we’ve dived into projects like:

• Playground Blueprint Builder App

And guess what? We’ve taken it a step further by building a Blueprint Builder powered by blocks. Our initial proof-of-concept was a hit, loved by both our team and clients alike! After some hard work, it’s finally ready to join the official playground tools. We’re teaming up with collaborators to make it a key part of the toolkit. LUBUS Labs x Internal Hackathons

Welcome to LUBUS Labs, where creativity meets code! We’re a spirited group of code scientists, always tinkering and building. Imagine a year filled with adventures in React, PHP, Laravel, and WordPress! From crafting building blocks and FSE themes to developing Laravel apps, our team dives headfirst into internal hackathons, experimenting and creating all sorts of wonders. We’ve been busy crafting creative blocks, rich text formats, plugins, web components, and so much more. This year has been a whirlwind of exploration and innovation, producing countless proofs of concept. Looking ahead, we’re excited to refine these creations, integrating them into our client projects and sharing them as open-source treasures. BerlinDB

We’ve been keeping an eye on it for a while, and this year, we finally got the chance to dive in and use it across multiple projects. Our goal? FrappeFramework x ERP Next

Frappe has been on our radar for quite some time now, ever since we first stumbled upon it during the COVID era. With so much buzz about ERP solutions and our own growing needs, it quickly piqued our interest. Imagine something as versatile as WordPress, but for ERP—how could we resist? This year, we’ve dived even deeper into it for our internal operations. We’re excited to see how we can harness its potential not just for ourselves, but also to empower small businesses. Together, we’re exploring how the Frappe Framework and its solutions can truly make a difference. Exciting times ahead!

FilamentPHP

Building internal tools with Laravel for CRUD panels has been quite the adventure for us! We’ve been avid users of Nova, crafting numerous client projects and internal tools with it. Nova offers incredible flexibility, especially when tackling complex requirements with Vue.js. However, this year, one project caught our eye: FilamentPHP. We decided to give it a whirl for developing a SaaS platform for a client. And guess what? We’ve been hooked ever since! We’ve extensively used FilamentPHP for various client projects and internal tools. It was definitely a journey worth taking! Have you ever tried exploring new tools that change the game for you?

AI x RAG

The whole world seems to be buzzing about AI these days, and we’re right there with everyone else! We’ve been dabbling with AI in our work here and there for quite some time. But this year, we’ve decided to really dive in and make it a bigger part of our daily routine. We’ve been experimenting with lots of tools like ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, Claude, V0, Bolt, and of course, IDE. It’s been quite the adventure! We’ve embraced various workflows and are now honing in on a few select tools that really make a difference for us. Looking ahead to the coming year, we’re excited to focus more on building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and tailoring large language models (LLMs) to meet our specific needs. Can you imagine the possibilities? We certainly can!
