Built. Shipped. Repeated
2025 was a big, hands-on year for Lubus. We teamed up with fast-moving teams, modernized aging platforms, shipped production-ready systems, and doubled down on open source. From pushing the WordPress Block Editor forward to building AI-powered workflows and Frappe-based systems, our focus stayed simple, turning ideas into practical, scalable digital solutions that actually move the needle.

Publishing, Minus the Pain
We went all-in on WordPress Block Editor in 2025, embracing Full Site Editing and block-first builds to help content-heavy teams move faster and scale with confidence. From launching modern news platforms to optimizing performance and editorial workflows, we’ve built WordPress setups that are easier to deploy, easier to maintain, and ready for what’s next. Along the way, we partnered with teams at iFixit, Marksmen Healthcare, Urumi, and several growing media publishers.
02.
Scaling Agencies, Behind the Scenes
We worked behind the scenes as a white-label tech partner for agencies that wanted to scale without growing their internal teams. From backend to frontend delivery across WordPress, Laravel, and React, to infrastructure and performance guidance, we handled the heavy lifting so our partners could stay focused on clients, growth, and winning more work.
03.
Building Better Teams, Not Just Code
Beyond shipping code, we spent time leveling up teams. Through hands-on consulting and technical enablement, we helped client teams adopt modern frontend and backend practices, build confidently with the WordPress Block Editor, and raise the bar on performance, security, and long-term maintainability so they can keep moving fast as the ecosystem evolves.
04.
Cleaner Stacks, Happier Teams
We untangled legacy setups and rebuilt them into clean, future-ready platforms. Using proven stacks like Laravel + Filament for maintainable admin systems and the Frappe Framework for modular, business-ready apps, we helped teams move to systems that are easier to run, easier to extend, and built to scale without the headaches.
05.
Production-Grade FOSS
Open source isn’t a side quest for us; it’s how we build better software. In 2025, we shipped and maintained production-grade FOSS born directly from real client work: Block Editor utilities, tabs, sliders, formats, the Tatva web components library, a visual blueprint builder, WPUI, and several internal tools we shared back with the community. No demos. No throwaways. Just tools tested in the real world.
06.
Gymie Gets Stronger
We kept pushing Gymie forward in 2025, shipping the Gymie v3 alpha, making solid progress on the mobile app, and strengthening the foundation for real-world use. With a sharper focus on scalability and usability, Gymie is shaping up to better support gyms and clubs as they grow, on web and mobile.
07.
Conversion-Led Growth for D2C
We teamed up with D2C brands like Sandiva Skincare and Hindustan Perfumers to turn traffic into customers. Instead of jumping straight to redesigns, we started with funnel diagnostics, leaned on real data, and focused on UX, performance, and trust, fixing what actually blocks conversions and helping stores sell better.
08.
Turning AI into Leverage
AI was everywhere in 2025, but shipping mattered more than hype. We helped teams move past flashy POCs and plug AI into real products and workflows, improving efficiency, decision-making, and delivery without over-engineering. AI didn’t replace teams; it made good teams even better.
09.
Code, Coffee, Community
We stayed close to the community in 2025, learning, sharing, and giving back. From Laracon India to WordCamp Asia in the Philippines, WordCamp Pune and WordCamp Surat, plus local meetups, we showed up to exchange ideas, stay sharp, and grow alongside the ecosystems we build for.
Let’s Build What’s Next?
We’re stepping into 2026 with clarity, momentum, and a bigger appetite to build. Expect more automation and AI-first workflows grounded in practical open source, deeper innovation around the WordPress Block Editor, more Laravel + Filament tools shared with the community, and a stronger push on Frappe-powered systems with useful FOSS coming out of Lubus. The foundation is set the best work is still ahead.
