Monthly Highlights June 2025

FSE 2025

We kicked off the year to leverage WordPress Block Editor and Full Site Editing capabilities for our clients and ourselves. We assisted RollingNames and Markesman Healthcare in migrating to the WordPress Block Editor, followed by a revamp and migration of our website. Our internal website and landing pages have long awaited the transition to the Block Editor. Last month, we successfully migrated our two product sites to the Block Editor.

Xenio

Our product for the Wholesale Debt Market enables brokerage firms’ back-office teams to handle deal processing efficiently. It helps accounts teams manage reporting and compliance documentation hassle-free while empowering stakeholders with flexible MIS for actionable business insights.

Gymie

Our Open-Source Gym and Club Management System empowers staff to efficiently handle inquiries and subscriptions, while providing managers and owners with instant access to key business insights right at their fingertips.

GitHub Actions

Our team loves automations over manual work and process looping discussions. We believe in empowering instead of dependencies. Last month, we set out to identify various tasks and activities causing friction. After the audit and profiling, we identified a significant number of automation opportunities. We decided to prioritize based on our needs. We can see a library of GitHub actions coming to life to fulfill our needs. As always, we are going to open-source them for others to use and collaborate.

Currently, we are working on the following:

• Build a branch to have release files committed and available for use
• WordPress Playground PR Preview that works for a public repository without a complicated setup
• WordPress Playground PR Preview via Cloudflare R2 that works for a private repository
• PR creation linting to check the title and required descript format
• Auto-updating project readmes

All the above are being battle-tested on our repo before we release them as reusable actions. Apart from this, we are working on many more automation actions.

Gymie v3.x Alpha

• Services & Plans: Building core features for membership plans and service management.
• User ACL (Access Control): Implementing role-based permissions for admins, staff, and members.

Last Updates

• Core Foundation Built: Leveraging Laravel FilamentPHP for a robust backend.
• Base User Module: Streamlined user management is now in place.
• Enquiries System: Initial implementation complete for handling member inquiries.

BlaBlaBlocks Formats

We concluded on the Marker format and kickstarted with the InfoTip format that allows writers to add a tooltip to any text for adding additional info. We have the base implementation ready and are working on adding the final set of features to conclude the MVP. We are already excited to see two formats coming to life and already have work specs for a few more.
